We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If we make a mistake, we will make it right.
Our Error: If the return or exchange is due to our error (wrong item, damage, our design mistake), we will cover all associated shipping costs, including a prepaid return label.
Customer-Initiated Exchange (for eligible reasons): If you need an exchange for a valid reason covered under our policy (like a defect), we will ship the replacement at our cost. Return shipping for the original item may be the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Non-Eligible Returns: Returns that do not meet our policy criteria will be returned to the customer at their own expense, or a refund will not be issued.
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for the following reasons:
Change of Mind or Incorrect Ordering: Once you approve your design proof and we begin production, the order is final. We cannot accept returns because you changed your mind, entered incorrect custom text, uploaded the wrong logo, or misjudged the size/colors on your screen.
Minor Color or Size Variations: Slight variations in hue (especially across different fabric types) or a variance of 1-3% in dimensions are inherent in the custom manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
Delivery Delays: Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen global events are beyond our direct control and do not qualify for a refund.
Issues with Provided Shipping Address: If a package is returned or lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout.
Third-Party Claims: To protect your order, return requests must be initiated by the original purchaser using the order details.
We will gladly accept a return or arrange an exchange under the following specific circumstances:
We Sent the Wrong Item: If the patch design, shape, color, or quantity you received does not match your confirmed order.
The Product Arrives Damaged: If your patches are physically damaged upon arrival (e.g., torn fabric, broken threads, severe color bleeding). Proof via photos is required.
A Manufacturing Defect Appears: If you discover a flaw in workmanship (like unraveling embroidery) that was not caused by wear or improper care after delivery.
Our Customization Error: If the final embroidered or woven patch does not accurately reflect the final, approved design proof you signed off on before production.
To ensure a quick resolution, please follow these steps:
Contact Us Quickly: Notify our customer support team at support@custompatched.com within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Provide Details: Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and relevant photographs (for damage or defects).
Do Not Alter the Item: Keep the patches in their original, unused condition with all packaging.
Await Instructions: Our team will review your claim and email you with specific instructions and the return address (if applicable) within 2 business days. Please do not ship anything back without our authorization.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
Exchanges: We will promptly produce and ship the corrected patches.
Refunds (if applicable): If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to process.
